Perennial Unity Mural
Completed August 2021
This mural was created through a partnership with TEL HI and City Studio--a project of the San Francisco Art Institute. It was imagined by the whole TEL HI community and painted by kids and teens ages 4 to18 years old and community volunteers!
City Studio lead artists Oscar Lopez and Christopher Williams and TEL HI artist Jamon Tyus spearheaded the project. They were supported by teen artists Evelyn Guillermo, Elizabeth Wilson, Daria Chel, Haien Liang, Thomas Lin, Canita Huang, Ithzel Garcia, Lana Groom and Kaiqing Mo who also helped to conceptualize and produce this mural. The project was managed by Amy Berk, SFAI's City Studio Director.
A big thanks to our sponsors Brown and Caldwell, SRT Consultants, Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), and San Francisco Unified School District.
