Our Mission Bay Campus is located at 188 Pierpoint Lane in San Francisco between 3rd Street and Bridgeview Way, near the Chase Center.

Program and Location Highlights:

A large outdoor playground complete with a sandbox, art area, mud kitchen, “Whale” chalkboard, and separate “infant play area”. Children will have the opportunity to go outside multiple times a day to move their bodies and develop important social and cognitive skills that are learned during physical play!
Health and nutrition are an important part of our program. We provide a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack made from locally sourced ingredients free of artificial preservatives, colors, flavors and sweeteners because we believe healthy eating habits start now. Our diverse team of highly qualified childcare professionals speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish. We provide regular staff trainings and development opportunities to ensure our educators are supported and prepared to provide the best possible education and care.
We utilize multiple levels of security, including keypad door entry and audio communication. We also offer convenient and safe parking for drop-off and pick-up.
We offer financial help for qualifying families because we believe that quality childcare should be accessible to all!

Educational Preschool

for Ages 2.9–5+ Years Old

TEL HI’s licensed preschool is one of the top-rated programs in San Francisco. Our children learn through culinary and STEM activities, art music, and more. They are encouraged to explore, think critically, and develop the skills they need to succeed in kindergarten and beyond.

Each child's unique needs, abilities, and interests are considered to ensure they are receiving the individualized care they need to thrive.

Infant Program

for Ages 3–18 Months

We know when you drop your infant off at TEL HI you are trusting us with the very important job of caring for your child. Our nurturing and experienced staff will provide individualized care to meet your infant’s needs.

We provide a safe, clean environment designed to stimulate your child's senses and invite exploration and learning. Our patient and caring teachers will guide your little one through age-appropriate developmental activities, reading, art, nap time, and more to help your child achieve important milestones.

I liked that food is included in the monthly cost and I like knowing my child is getting a well rounded nutritional meal each day based on his age.
