Meet William

William is a valued member of Tel-Hi’s Computer Empower class, a creative video and computer-based program for adults with disabilities. He has faced many challenges in life, which he has met with courage, determination, and humor.
Through Computer Empower, William embraces the opportunity to express himself creatively and is honing his skills to connect with others in new and exciting ways. He is also a student from ACCESS SFUSD and a participant of The Arc of San Francisco, a transition program for the developmentally disabled.
